Isabelle is a database developer with over 9 years of experience in IT and data analysis. She specializes in modeling client business processes, designing and implementing databases, and integrating databases on the web.

She has a strong background in statistics, survey development and analysis, and has conducted multiple performance evaluations for public and private sector organizations.

She holds a master's degree in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her areas of expertise include: SQL Server, MySQL, Access, XML, HTML/XHTML, PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, C#, Java Script, CSS, Visual Basic, ADO, ADO.NET, Crystal Reports.

Ivan Doumenc - application developer

Ivan is an application developer with over 7 years of IT experience in Canada and the United States. He specializes in developing distributed business applications for the web and Windows. His technical areas of expertise include: PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, object-oriented design and development, C#, VB.NET, Visual Basic 6, VB Script, ADO, ADO.NET, MS SQL Server, MySQL, MS Access.

In his work, he uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML), an industry-standard modeling methodology which helps to keep development efforts focused on client requirements.

He earned a master's degree in business in Paris and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Laurent Saplairoles - security specialist

Laurent is a network security specialist with over 8 years of experience in systems administration and Internet security. His role is to ensure that applications written by the development team are secure and that data is protected when traveling through the Internet.

He specializes in computer networks administration (LAN and WAN), data communication and security, firewalling and intrusion detection. He has extensive experience with Windows NT/2000 Server administration, as well as with Linux and Novell.

He earned a master degree in Economics from the University of Toulouse and a certificate in LAN-WAN administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Julie Lavoie - graphic designer

Julie is a graphic designer with 5 years of experience in print, branding, and web design. She specializes in conceptualizing client needs to communicate a clear and distinctive message.

Her technical areas of expertise include Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, QuarkXPress, Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Director.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communications from Laval University and is a member of the Graphic Design Society of Canada.

Jennifer Armour - web designer

Jennifer is a professional web and new media designer. She specializes in interactive design for the web, digital design and artistry, and search engine optimization.

In using the combination of her creative, technical and business skills, she creates products that are accessible, functional, and graphically appealing. She is an expert of Dreamweaver MX and other Macromedia and Adobe solutions, such as Contribute, Fireworks, Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop, Image Ready, and Acrobat. All the HTML code she writes is W3C and XHTML-compliant.

She studied New Media and Design at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and holds a Certificate in E-Business from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
